Information subject to the timely disclosure rules of each stock exchange is disclosed to all shareholders and investors through the Timely Disclosure network (TDnet) provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

However, due to technical or other reasons, there may be cases where: there is a delay in posting the information; not all of the information disclosed by the Company is posted on the website; the information disclosed by the Company is expressed differently from that disclosed by other means.

In order to prevent the leakage of financial information (including quarterly financial results) and to ensure fairness, the Company observes a quiet period from the day following the last day of the fiscal year to the day of the announcement of financial results.
During this period, the Company will refrain from answering or commenting on questions or responding to interviews regarding financial results and earnings forecasts.
However, if the details of the financial results that become known during the quiet period deviate substantially from the previously announced earnings forecasts, and the range of fluctuation is clearly defined by the timely disclosure rules, etc., the Company will make an announcement as appropriate in accordance with the timely disclosure rules.
